Hotel Policy

The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation that has not been confirmed by full payment without prior notice to the Guest.
Occupancy of the room shall be limited to the number of guests specified in the reservation. No additional persons other than the registered occupants are permitted to stay in the room. Guests shall maintain a reasonable level of quietness and refrain from disturbing other guests.
Check-in time: 3:00 PM.
Check-out time: 12:00 PM (Noon). Any delay beyond one (1) hour after the scheduled check-out time shall result in an additional charge equivalent to one full night's accommodation.
The Guest is fully responsible for the room, its furnishings, fixtures, equipment, and all hotel property therein throughout the period of occupancy. Any loss, damage, or misuse shall be compensated by the Guest in accordance with the assessment made by Hotel Management.
Electrical appliances and equipment must be used safely and solely for their intended purposes. Any unsafe or improper use is strictly prohibited.
Should the Guest fail to vacate the room upon expiry of the accommodation period and remain absent after 5:00 PM, the Hotel reserves the right to enter the room, remove and store the Guest's belongings without liability, and reassign the room. The accommodation agreement shall be deemed terminated.
The Hotel shall not be held liable for the loss, theft, or damage of the Guest's personal belongings within the room or elsewhere on the Hotel premises.
No refund shall be made for any accommodation charges in the event the Guest cancels the reservation or terminates the accommodation agreement after confirmation.
Guests wishing to extend their stay or vacate the room before the end of the agreed period must notify Hotel Management in sufficient time to avoid conflicts with subsequent reservations.
Bringing personal furniture, equipment, or decorative items into the Hotel is prohibited unless prior written approval has been obtained from Hotel Management.
Room keys must not be entrusted to any unauthorised person. A replacement fee of SAR 30 shall be charged for any lost key. This fee is non-refundable.
The Guest shall maintain the cleanliness of the room, its furnishings, and all Hotel facilities, and shall refrain from any misuse or damage to Hotel property.
Children are not permitted to enter or use the fitness centre.
Pets are strictly prohibited on the Hotel premises.
The Guest and all accompanying persons shall comply with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and shall respect Islamic values, customs, traditions, and public morals throughout their stay.
By signing below, the Guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above Terms and Conditions without exception and accepts full personal responsibility for compliance therewith.
