Hotel Policy
  1. The tenant must pay an amount of 500 riyals as a refundable deposit, which will be deducted in the event of any damage to the apartment contents by the client or his companions.
  2. The tenant must observe Islamic behavior and etiquette during his stay in the apartment, and not allow any other persons other than those accompanying him to stay, while committing to being quiet and not disturbing others in order to ensure public comfort.
  3. Check-in time 03:00 pm. Early check-in will depend on the hotel availability.
  4. The tenant is responsible for all the property of the apartment and must maintain it, and in the event of damage to any of the property, he must pay the appropriate compensation determined by the management, and the tenant does not have the right to transfer the contract to another person.
  5. Ensure that the air conditioning, lighting and electrical appliances are turned off when the client leaves the apartment to prevent dangers - God forbid - and he will be responsible for them.
  6. The value of the call is paid immediately after it is finished, provided that the apartment phone is not used for purposes that violate behavior and etiquette, otherwise he will bear responsibility in the event of a violation.
  7. The rent during official holidays and vacations "seasons" differs from the rent for regular days and is agreed upon with the management.
  8. The check-out time is at 12:00 PM , and if he is late until 08:00 PM , you will be charged 50% of day's rent.
  9. The rent is paid in advance.
  10. In the event that the tenant is absent after the end of the contract for three days, the management has the right to open the apartment and dispose of it and lift the tenant's belongings to the warehouse without any responsibility on the management and the contract is considered void.
  11. The management is not responsible for the loss of the tenant's valuables inside the apartment.
  12. The tenant has no right to recover the rent value in the event of leaving before the end of the contracted period.
  13. In the event that the tenant wishes to renew the period or vacate the apartment, he must notify the management of this before the end of the period by an appropriate period.
  14. The contract is considered void in the event of a breach of one of the aforementioned conditions and the official has the right to cancel the contract without giving reasons.
  15. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rented room and if this is proven, the value of the paid insurance will be deducted and the tenant has no right to claim it back upon departure.
  16. The tenant and the families accompanying minor children bear responsibility for their safety and security and all their actions and what results from them while using the hotel facilities
